If you sign up by credit card, this membership keeps renewing until YOU cancel it.  (You can cancel it during the first month if you want -- then it won't renew at all.)

To cancel, use the Cancel Page at any time.

If you cancel in the middle of a 30-day-membership, your password will still work to the end of that 30-day period.  If you forget to cancel you are not entitled to refunds -- it is your responsibility to take action to cancel your membership.

Warning -- Don't cancel through your credit-card bank.  Why?  Because it takes banks TWO MONTHS to do it, and during that time, your membership keeps charging because the banks don't notify the membership site!

This is a personal site, not a big company -- and due to my full-time student schedule and unforeseen happenings, (like; if I get sick or take Christmas off), it does delay the updates a bit. The general pattern is 1 or 2 new updates a month.

My company name is Pink Kitty Productions, but Surfnet is my transaction processor.  The charge on your monthly credit-card statement will read JR Brown Company (a subsidiary of Surfnet), not "ArtemisBound.com".

QUALIFYING FOR A REFUND

You can see free sample photos on my site before you purchase your membership. So refund requests such as "This isn't what I wanted" or "I expected something else" will not be considered.

Typing a fake name or address on the credit card agreement is fraud, and forfeits your membership and payment.  (You don't have to give me a fake address with your order because I won't snail-mail anything to you.)

If a member mis-types, misspells, or fakes their email address on the order form, and then doesn't receive the start-up email, that's not my fault.  (Turn off your AOL filter or it might bounce the email!)

Each membership is for one person only, and each member is responsible for protecting the password and keeping it secret.  If a membership is used by more than one person, this server will dump the password.  Sharing the membership, and/or revealing or failing to protect the password, is a violation of the purchase agreement, so this will not result in a refund.

If your browser malfunctions and can't transmit the password correctly or won't give you access, email for help with your computer, instead of requesting a refund.
